The Collection consists of approximately 1000 instruments, of which only about 400 are displayed due to space limitations, among them we may find instruments from all periods and cultures. The exhibition area is divided into 11 rooms, forming a journey through the evolution of the music and its different cultures, from the first room dedicated to the origins of the music, until the last room dedicated to the mechanical or recorded music. Among them we may encounter areas of the five continents, ethnomusicology, instruments from the different families (woodwinds, percussion, strings and electrophones).
